Mechanical Engineer

Principia College Solar Car Club

Adesuwa joined the Principia College Solar club in 2022 for one semester, then rejoined in August 2023 and has remained a contributing member since.

Telecommunications Technician

Adesuwa returned to the IT department in Principia College in the winter of 2025. She worked over the winter break repairing telephones, testing and tracing phone lines, and inspecting wall jacks and network ports.

Student Manager

Marshall Brooks Library at Principia College

Adesuwa secured a student worker position at the Marshall Brooks library in Principia Colleg in 2022. Inthe Spring of 2023, she was promoted to student manager and held that post till december 2025. During that time, she onboarded and trained student workers, created training material, and maintained the library media inventory by searching for and logging missing media.

Field Engineering Intern

Illinois Department of Transportation

In the summer of 2025, Adesuwa returned to the Illinois Department of Transportation. Thanks to her previous experience at the organization, as well as her self-initiative and drive, she carried out tasks so successfully, she was trusted with more tasks and required less supervision

In the Summer of 2024, Adesuwa joined the Illinois Department of Transportation as a Field Engineering Intern.

Telecommunications Technician

During the winter break of 2023, Adesuwa joined the telecommunications department at Principia College as a temporary student worker. She carried out her tasks successfully. They consisted of jack inspections, minor phone and cable repairs, and other minor repairs

Lead Software Engineer

International Students Programs Office (ISPASO)

In April 2022, Adesuwa joined the International Students Programs and Services Office in Principia College as a student worker. She took on the role of lead developer and worked with other students, as well as the programs director to build a proprietary web application.

Mechanical Engineer

Adesuwa joined the Principia College Solar club in the spring of 2022. She worked on maintaining the current car, performing tasks such as brake bleeding and seat-belt installation. She also performed repaired the racing car's steering wheel.

At the end of the semester, she took some time off from the club so she could better devote her time to her studies and other extracurricular activities.
